It is a combination of &#8220;Tourette&#8221; (Tourette syndrome) and &#8220;Topia&#8221; (city-state), representing the vision of creating an optimistic, supportive community for Tourette syndrome patients.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">In order to provide help to a wider range of Tourette syndrome patients, the Tourettopia Project focuses on popularizing knowledge and providing support for childhood motor disorders including Tourette syndrome. Every child is an angel, and children with motor disorders are loving angels. We focus on scientific communication and research on children&#8217;s motor disorders, and are committed to creating an understanding, inclusive and supportive social environment for &#8220;children with motor disabilities&#8221;, helping them fully develop their potential and grow up better.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The project was jointly initiated by the Soong Ching Ling Foundation and Shanghai Children&#8217;s Hospital. It is supported by the &#8220;Soong Ching Ling Foundation Tourettopia Special Fund&#8221; and the Chenyi Foundation.
